WINTER DRYNESS

Winter though it is a very romantic season but..... due to winter dryness our skin turn into a flaky one . Irregular and harsh winter can leave our skin very dry. So here are some solutions:

Scrub off dead cells with gentle loofah every time when you take shower; for sensitive skin, you can opt to bath sponge. A gentle, creamy body scrub should be used once a week and it is applicable for all skin types.

Remember not to use very hot water . After shower , pat dry yourself and moisturise well. you can use lotion if your skin is oily to normal , either usre body butter if it is dry.......

Pamper yourself with hot body massage at least once a week. You can use blend of olive and almond oil, because both are great nourishing agents.

Use a mousturising sunscreen of SPF 15 regularly before stepping out into the sun. The sun's rays also strip your skin of moisture.
