FRESH COOLERS

In a summer season nothing's more refreshing than a tall glass of juice on a hot summer day......

So, here are two reciepes which are refreshing for summer and as well as a healthy punch.....

1. FEEL-GOOD JUICE

Ingredients:

1 Kiwi,
1 Orange,
1\2 Mango,

Procedure:

Put kiwi, orange and mango together in a blender. Strain the juices into a long glass. Top with soda or water, according to taste.


2. TROPICAL DELIGHT

Ingredients:

1Pomegranate,
1 Orange,
1 Apple,
100gm Papaya,
4 Cubes if ice
2 tbsp of Sugar syrup ( it is optional)

Procedure:

In ablender whip pomegranate, orange, apple, papaya ice cubes and sugar syrup, if you like. whip the mixture until smooth and frothy. Strain into a long glass and if you want you can garnish it with a sprig of pudina.

BANANA-PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

Today our health is the most important thing for us..... for that reason healthy diet is very necessary. So, today I share one simple and easy to cook reciepe.


It is a very healthy one because we use here banana and peanut butter, these are the main ingredients for this reciepe . Here the reciepe for you...........




INGREDIENTS:

1 Small ripe banana, halved.
1\2 Cup toned or double toned milk.
1 tsp Creamy peanut butter.
3 Ice cubes.

PROCEDURE:

In a mixie , combine banana, milk, peanut butter and ice cubes; mix until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Serve it in a long cyllindrical glass.

Enjoy your smoothie with your friends and family.

Whether we understand or not but the fact is that, stress is the main factor behind infertility and late pregnancy.


Incase of women, stress creates different hormonal imbalance. For that reason, the whole ovalution process is effected. Incase of men over stress effects on their sperm count. Who used to sit long hours infront of computers; sometimes it's ray is also responsible for infertility.


So, the most important thing is to control our stress, whether we are in office or at home. Just try to manage stress with the little bit help of partners, friends, family and of course colleagues.

How Much We Need Water

Water is an essential part of our daily diet. Our body needs water to perform its basic functions, like waste removal, mainting blood flow and ofcourse controlling our body temperature.
We have a general conception that " 2 lits of water daily....." but doctors think in a different way. According to them there are no standard " one-size-fits all" recommendations for drinking water. Our water intake depends on our lifestyle, our age and ofcourse the climatic condition we live in. According to doctors water intakes include all types of beverages, and raw fruits and vegetables, so it is not necessary to drink large quantities of plain water only.
Sometimes drinking too much water can have its downside also......
But in some cases we should drink large quantities of fluids likewise when we exercise vigorously and when we suffering from diarrhoea, high grade fever and vomiting. Since airplane travel is dehydrating its important to hydrate ourselves by taking fluids. of course in the summer months body wants lots of fluids.
And there are some times when we should regulate our water intake such as kidney ailment or renel failure, grade 2 or 3 of liver disorders, severe heart problems or indications of oedema.
