Rainy season means cool breeze, outdoor fun, cozy days at home, addas accompanied with fried stuffs, like pakoras, bhajis and so on..... But with this beautiful side of monsoon there is a black side because this season is very much prone to water born diseases such as cholera, jaundice, gastroenteritis.
Just a little bit of care keep monsoon troubles away.
Prevention is the best cure. So, always try to maintain good hygiene levels because during monsoons water born diseases and virul infections are very much common.
- Boil drinking water for at least 15 minutes.
- Eat freshly cooked food and wash hands frequently.
- Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly before cooking or eating raw.
- Avoid consuming pre cut fruits and food from street vendors.
- Eat well cooked food.
- Wash your hands well, several times a day and dry your hands thoroughly. If you are constantly on the move keep a bottle of hand sanitiser in your bag and use it frequently, especially before meals if there is no soap and water is handy.
